Uunique London loves a celebrity fan. Especially when the celebrity is a global favourite online style personality and as gorgeous as Ndoema aka Global Girl.

We sent a rather glitzy gift package to the lovely Ndoema with a few cases from our Millionaire, Premier, Elite and Fashion range. Ndoema is an ex-catwalk model with three law degrees. The HTC One (M8) camera

The Uunique HQ has been fortunate enough to receive a HTC One (M8) to have a play with. After a scramble around all the cool new features on the phone we tested out the camera.

Overall we thought the camera was very good quality, there was some interesting settings just for the camera where HTC have jumped onto the back of the the 'selfie' trend. The filter feature in the camera was brilliant, it's just like a built in instagram app. There is also a drawing feature where you can doodle over photos, normally you have to purchase an app to doodle on images, this adds a bit more fun to the mobile phone.

Dress to impress...like Don Draper

With Mad Men being a trending subject at the moment due to its return to our TV screens, we thought we would inspire fellow cool, composed and confident business men with their executive style, just like the one and only Don Draper.

Our Mode range was in fact built around the idea of a sophisticated, suited & booted stylish man. Indeed our designers mood board involved many Mad Men looks a well as the modern Don Draper style of the 'GQ man'.






Your appearance is always judged, so dress the part down to the last detail. This includes your mobile phone. No one wants to do business with someone who doesn't look like they know that they are doing. Bloggers Fashion Week

Uunique has had a busy week attending Bloggers fashion week with Bloggers Love. Bloggers fashion week is a chance for brands to exhibit their products and brand personality in front of the trendiest and most popular fashion bloggers. A bit like London fashion week there was a catwalk, exhibitions, beauty salons, freebies, photographers, vloggers, bloggers and journalists.
The location was fitting to the London fashion scene being high up at the Penthouse in Leicester Square.

We took part in two events which took place on Monday and Wednesday. We met many wonderful bloggers and a surprise celebrity appearance from Casey (Celebrity Big brother).

The first event day was the boutique, we set up a Uunique branded stool with our favourite fashion cases and folios for iPhone 4/4S, iPhone 5/5S, Samsung Galaxy S3 and Samsung Galaxy S4 and sold them with 30% off.

The second day was the Bloggers tea party. At the event we exhibited our Swarovski collection. Including the iPhone 5/5s Millionaire Carbon Fibre case, the iPhone 5/5S Premiere ultra skull case, Miami flamingo and the Petal design. We also showed off the popular Elite collection including the Wild Peacock, Twin rose and Cherry blossom. Along with our lather fashion ranges.

Casey Batchelor from the recent Celebrity Big Brother popped in to see all the wonderful stands. She was lovely and was particularly interested in our  Samsung Galaxy S4 quilted rose folio, this was her favourite.

Genius screen protector

Today at the Uunique HQ we decided to put our new Tempered glass screen protector to the test. The tempered glass screen protector is supposed offer double protection to a mobile phones screen, it is shatter proof and will stop scratch and chip damage to a phones screen whilst still offering complete usability to the touch screen.

We dropped our real iPhone 5 on the floor from height several times with the tempered screen protector  attached, and acted out a real scenario where we feel this screen protector is much needed.
You will see on the videos that the screen protector really does work. The iPhone screen protector was scratched and chipped to bits but once the tempered glass screen protector was removed from the iPhone 5 the actual screen was perfectly normal, no scratches at all.

Once the damage has been done, simply peel off the tempered glass screen protector and the actual phone screen will be fine

Bass pod is shortlisted to win

A while ago we received a phone call telling us that a few of our products had been nominated for the mobile choice accessories awards 2014.
Once nominated we then had to battle it out against other nominated brands in our category for the winning title in a voting survey. Now, the news has come that we are one step closer to winning the title of best bluetooth/wireless speaker.

This category received a huge amount of votes, over 2000, and there was a total of 14 products including Uunique nominated. Some of the products we were against included the Sony SRS-BTM8 wireless speaker, Pure Jongo S3 wireless speaker and the Bayan Audio soundbook. The Uunique bass pod has successfully got through round 2 and has been shortlisted to win the title. Our product was shortlisted due to the highest votes along with the Jawbone Mini and the Sanson Play 1.

The final result will be revealed at the award ceremony taking place 27th March.

We launch Chrome free leather with Eco friendly range

Uunique london will become the pioneers of sustainable leather, which uses a natural leather tanning process for their range of luxury protective accessories. 

Currently for leather there are two main methods used:

-Chrome tanning (Uses large quantities of synthetic chemicals which results in toxic waste)

-Vegetable tanning (A natural process but results in bad quality dye not acceptable for luxury products)

Both of these methods have their disadvantages. 

Chrome free tanning is the best method as it uses only a natural process, without compromising the end result of the leather look. The leather will look the same as the chrome tanning method but will be eco-friendly. 

Uunique will create product lines for key devices using this innovative method.
